Уж небо осенью дышало, уж реже солнышко… а вот нет, с солнышком и погодой нам очень повезло. 30 мая 2025 Члены Жар-Птицы посетили историческую винодельню Пенфолдс, Магилл.
Вино из Пенфолдса Южной Австралии считается одним из самых лучших в мире, высоко ценится знатоками и любителями. Нам показали и рассказали о процессе производства вина, мы были в подвалах Пенфолдса, расположенных на глубине 150 метров.
Давно я не видела наших членов такими оживленными и веселыми, мы закидали вопросами нашего гида. Предвосхищая домыслы и шутки скажу, что наш интерес был чисто академическим, без распития спиртных напитков. Мы в Жар-Птице ведем здоровый образ жизни, мы просто любознательные и веселые. И всем желаем того же.
The sky was already breathing autumn, and the sun had become a rarer guest… but not today. We were incredibly lucky with the sunshine and the weather. On the 3oth of May 2025, the members of Fire-Bird visited the historic Penfolds winery in Magill. Penfolds wine, produced right here in South Australia, is considered among the finest in the world and is highly prized by both connoisseurs and enthusiasts.
We were given a fascinating tour through the winemaking process and even ventured down into the Penfolds cellars—150 metres underground. I hadn’t seen our group so lively and cheerful in a while; we absolutely bombarded our guide with questions! And just to pre-empt any speculation or jokes: our interest was purely academic. No wine tasting took place. At Fire-Bird, we lead a healthy lifestyle—we’re just curious and cheerful by nature. And we wish the same for everyone.
